Condiment for Fried Chicken Flour and Seasoning for Marinade

By now, we provide condiment for fried chicken flour and its seasoning for marinate process. The fried chicken condiment is condiment to be mixed with flour (all purpose or high protein flour) before used as fried chicken flour in fried chicken making process. While the seasoning for marinate process is used to give more flavor in chicken meat and some seasoning also can soften the chicken meat.

How to use
As shown in the table below, 2 kg of condiment to be mixed with 25 kg of flour for making ready to use fried chicken flour.
And for the seasoning for marinade, we only need 20 grams of it to marinate 1 chicken for 12 to 48 hours in chiller or freezer based on seasoning type. Marinade seasoning MRD-EXP1 and MRD-EXP2 can stand the marinating process up to 48 hours and making more flavor and also soften the chicken meat. The longer the process takes time, the better result will be obtained. For MRD-EXP3, it only gives flavor to and does not soften the meat for it only can stand the marinating process up to 24 hours only.


Packing
We pack, either flour condiment or marinade seasoning, in 5 kg of weight using plastic bag. The  plastick bag will be tied and not sealed with plastic sealer.
For sample, we pack in 1kg sealed plastic bag.
All will be packed in used carton box.

Price
Price is based on above table and exclude shipping cost, packing cost applied by courier, and taxes if applied.

How to order
Condiment and seasoning are made based on confirmed order. Order considered to be confirmed after we have received your payment. For reference, 200kg of order, it takes 8 working days before we can ship the order. It can take longer time based on order list.
